Toffee Bits Cheesecake

3 pkg cream cheese, (8oz ea.) softened 

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 3/4 cups Skor toffee bits or Heath bits, divided

1 tsp vanilla extract

whipped cream

1 chocolate crumb crust

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until smooth.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Set aside 1 Tbsp of the toffee bits and stir in the remaining bits into the batter along with the vanilla.  Bake fore 45 minutes or until al most set.  Cool completely.  Then cover and refrigerate.  Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and the reserved toffee bits.
