Pineapple Kiwi Cake

 

1 box yellow cake mix, with pudding

1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)

2 to 3 kiwi fruit

1 sml. box instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup milk

1 carton cool whip (8 oz)

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Prepare cake mix as directed on package, using a 9x13 pan, cool slightly.  Jab holes in cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.  Pour crushed pineapple with juice over top of cake.  Peel kiwi and slice.  Place slices over pineapple.  Prepare pudding as directed on package but use only 1 cup of milk.  Fold into cool whip until blended.  Ice cake with pudding mixture.
