Banana Cream Pie

 

1 cup evaporated milk (8 oz)

2 ¼ cup milk

3 egg yolks

¾ cup sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla

5 Tbsp. cornstarch

1 ready made 9” pie crust

4 to 5 ripened bananas

1 tub cool whip

 

Mix everything but the evaporated milk in a blender.  Then add the milk and mix well.  Heat mixture until desired thickness.  Line bottom of pie shell with sliced rounds of banana and pour pudding mixture over all.  Chill and top with cool whip before serving.
