Mississippi Mud Pie

 

1 ready made chocolate pie crust

1 ½ cup half and half

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 ½ oz)

1 Tbsp. instant coffee

1 tub cool whip (8 oz)

 

Pour half and half into large bowl.  Add pudding mix.  Beat at low speed until well blended, about 1 minute.  Let stand 5 minutes and fold in instant coffee and cool whip.  Pour into pie shell.  Freeze about 6 hours.  Remove and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
