Cookie Cream Pie

 

1 ready made chocolate pie crust

1 ½ cold half and half

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 ½ oz)

1 carton cool whip (8 oz)

1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

 

Pour half and half into large bowl.  Add pudding mix.  Beat at low peed until well blended, about 1 minute.  Let stand 5 minutes, fold in cool whip and crushed cookies.  Pour into baked pie shell.  Freeze about 6 hours.  Remove and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
