Coconut Kisses

 

2 egg whites

¾ cup sugar, or 1 cup powdered sugar

¼ tsp. salt

1 cup corn flakes, crushed

½ tsp. vanilla

1 cup shredded coconut

 

Beat egg white with salt until stiff, but not dry.  Gradually add sugar, beating constantly.  Beat in vanilla.  Fold in corn flakes and coconut.  Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 275 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.  Remove from sheet immediately.
