Pineapple Coconut Frozen Pie

 

4 Tbsp all purpose flour

3 cups sugar

3 eggs, beaten

½ cup margarine, softened

1 (20oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 (7oz.) bag shredded coconut

2 unbaked (9 inch) pie shells

 

 

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Combine the flour and sugar in a large bowl.  Beat in the eggs and margarine.  Stir in the pineapple and coconut.  Pour the mixture into the pie shells.  Bake for 1 ¼ hours.  Pies can be frozen and eaten frozen or thawed out.
