Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits

 

3 Tbsp peanut butter

3 Tbsp milk

1 cup whip cream topping, thawed

1 pkg (4 serving) instant chocolate pudding & pie filling

 

In a medium bowl add peanut butter.  Gradually add milk while stirring with a wire whisk.  Blend well.  Add whipped cream.  Stir until blended.  Set aside.  Prepare pudding as directed on box.  Spoon half of the pudding evenly into 6 parfait glasses.  Using entire peanut butter mix, evenly distribute into each glass on top of the chocolate pudding.  Cover the peanut butter mix with the remaining chocolate pudding.   Refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
