Oreo Cookie Pie

2 chocolate ready made pie crusts

1 lrg. pkg. Oreo cookies (1 ¼ lbs)

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened (4 cups)

1 tub cool whip (8 oz)

Crush 2/3 package of Oreos.  Mix with ice cream and cool whip.  Pour into pie crust.  Freeze for at least one hour and serve.
