Hawaiian Coconut Cookies

 

1 lb. margarine (16 oz.)

4 cups flour

2 cups sugar

3 cups shredded coconut

 

Blend all together until dough is sticky.  Form into a long oblong roll and flour.  Freeze 3 to 4 hours.  Cut into ¼ inch slices.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
