Marmes Petite Cherry Cheesecake

1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup + 1 oz sugar

1 egg

1 can (21oz) Cherry Pie Filling --will top about 6 doz. 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all in mixer. Fill cupcake liner to top with this mix. Bake 15 minutes. Then top each cupcake with one cherry. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Makes about 1 1/2 to 2 dozen.
