Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

 

1 ready mare chocolate pie crust

3 pkg. (8oz ea.) cream cheese

1 can (14oz) nonfat sweetened condense milk

3 lrg eggs whites

2 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup miniature chocolate chips

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In food processor or bowl beat cream cheese, milk, egg whites, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in ¼ cup mini chocolate chips.  Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.  Place in oven for about 30 mins, or until center of pig jiggles only slightly when cake is gently shaken.  Refrigerate pie uncovered, until cool.  When cool place plastic wrap to seal airtight and chill up to 2 days.
