Spinach Artichoke Dip

 

 

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed (10 oz)

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (14 oz)

¾ cup parmesan cheese, shredded, divided

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

¼ tsp ground white pepper

1 tsp. lemon juice

¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded, for topping

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In medium bowl combine all, except for ¼ cup of the shredded parmesan.  Mix well, and spoon mixture into a 1 quart baking dish.  Top with remaining ¼ cup parmesan cheese.  Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
