Cheese Balls

 

2 pks. cream cheese (8 oz. each)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

¼ cup minced onions

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. lemon pepper

1/8 tsp. salt

1 cup finely grated pecans or walnuts (optional)

 

With your hands combine cheeses and seasonings thoroughly.  Form into a ball or log.  Sprinkle nuts onto wax paper and roll cheese ball or log until completely covered.  Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
