3 pkg. lumpia wrappers  (8x8) (spring roll wrappers)

2 pkg. frozen french beans (16 oz)

2 pkg. frozen shoe string french fries (20 oz)

6-8 carrot sticks, cut lengthwise, small, short and thin, steamed

½ sml. head of cabbage

can sub coleslaw mix for carrots and cabbage

1 med. onion thinly sliced

1 cup vinegar

2 Tbsp. ground pepper

3 Tbsp. chicken broth powder

3 Tbsp. garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

 

Cut carrots.  Place them in a plastic bag with 1 tsp. water and steam for a couple of minutes.  Drain and mix with all other vegetables.  In a small bowl mix vinegar, pepper, chicken broth powder, and garlic powder.  Pour over vegetables.  Mound 2 Tbsp. of mixture onto one corner of the lumpia wrap.  Fold over a few times, then fold in outer corners, and roll to leftover corner.  Can make entire mixture and use lumpia wrappers.  Fry what you would like to eat.  Can freeze the rest.
