Cheddar Baked Potato Slices

 

4 cup sliced potatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 ¾ oz.)

½ tsp. pepper

 

Grease a 2 quart 9x13 baking dish and arrange potato slices in overlapping rows.  Sprinkle with pepper and cheddar cheese.  Spoon soup over potatoes.  Cover with foil.  Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.  Uncover and bake 10 minutes.
