Chicken Pot Stickers

 

1 lb ground chicken, cooked

1/3 cup green onions

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

salt and pepper to taste

16 wonton wrappers (3x3)

1 Tbsp. sesame oil

½ cup chicken broth

 

In a large bowl, mix chicken, green onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper.  Place some of the mixture in the center of a wrapper.  Use water to dampen the corners and edges of the wrapper.  Fold as you would a wonton.  Repeat for all other wrappers.  In a non stick skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.  Place wontons in the skillet and cook until bottom of the wontons begin to brown, about 2 minutes.  Then add chicken broth and cook for about 5 minutes.  Serve with pot sticker sauce.
