Pot Stickers

1 lb minced cooked chicken

1 cup shredded green cabbage

2 cloves garlic

2 green onion, thinely sliced

1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce or soy sauce

1 Tbsp ginger, grated

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sriracha

1/4 tsp pepper

36 2inch wonton wrappers

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

In a large bowl combine chicken, cabbage, garlic, green onion, hoisin, ginger, sesame oil, sriracha and pepper.

Place wrappers on a dinner plate. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the center of each wrapper. Using your ringer, rub the edges of the wrapper with water and pinch together. 

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pot stickers in a single layer and cook until golden and crisp, about 2 minutes per side. Serve with favorit dipping sauce.
