1 ½ ground beef

1 lrg. onion, diced

3-4 garlic cloves, minced

ground pepper to taste

1 pkg. lumpia wrappers (spring roll wrappers)

salt and pepper to taste

 

Mix together and spoon 2 Tbsp. of mixture on to one side of wrapper and roll up like a carpet.  Wet the seam with water damp finger to close seam.  Fry what you want to eat.  Can freeze the rest.
