Sesame Soy Dipping Sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

3 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 ½ Tbsp. rice wine vinegar

green onion to taste

Sauté red pepper flakes in sesame oil, add other ingredients, heat thoroughly.  Use as a dipping sauce for pot stickers.
