Pineapple Salsa

 

1 can crushed pineapple, drained

¼ cup green onion, with white part

¼ cup lime juice

¼ cup white wine vinegar

3 Tbsp. cilantro

2 Tbsp. jalapeno, seeded and minced

2 garlic cloves, pressed

1 tsp. sea salt

 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Toss lightly to mix.  Cover and refrigerate several hours.  Will keep 2 to 3 days.
