Mango Cream Dressing

 

5 lrg. ripe mangos or 2 cans mangos, drained (14 oz ea.)

sugar, to taste

2 oranges, peeled, seeded, cut in small pieces

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 cups whipping cream

1 cup pecan pieces

 

Peel fresh mangos.  Drop in blender, blend until smooth.  Add sugar to taste.  Stir in oranges and lemon juice.  Whip cream and fold into mixture.  Chill in refrigerator.  Serve cold.  Can eat by itself or poured over a fruit salad.
