Hot Pepper Garlic Jelly

 

2 cup hot peppers, chopped (habenaros or jalapenos)

¼ to ½ cup garlic, chopped

1 ½ cup white vinegar

6 cups sugar

1-2 packets liquid pectin

 

Put peppers, garlic, vinegar and sugar in a large pot and mix well.  Bring to a boil, stirring often. Boil for 5- 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add pectin, stir. Pour into jars. If you notice the peppers settling just give the jar a little shake every once in a while. **NOTE** One packet of liquid pectin will work, the jelly will just be a little "looser".
