Cucumber Yogurt Dip

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (Honey yogurt, BEST!!!)

3 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 cups cucumbers, grated, squeezed, drained

 

Combine the yogurt, dill, chives, garlic, and salt.  Make sure after grating cucumber to let sit in colander for a few minutes then squeeze before adding into yogurt. Stir the mixture well, cover and let sit overnight.
