Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

 

1 Tbsp granulated onion

1 Tbsp. onion powder

1 Tbsp. ground allspice

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 Tbsp. black pepper

1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp. garlic salt

½ tsp, ground thyme

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ tsp. ground habanero pepper

¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

¼ tsp. powdered bay leaf

 

Combine all the ingredients, blend well.  Store in airtight jar in a cool, dry area.  Will keep 2 to 3 months room temp, or in freezer for 6 months.
