Hot Bacon Dressing

 

1 bacon strip, cooked crispy, chopped

1/3 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp. honey

½ tsp. dry mustard

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

 

In small sauce pan, cook bacon until crisp.  Remove bacon, reserve drippings.  Add onion to drippings, cook until tender.  Stir in all other ingredients.  Bring to boil.  Chop bacon to small pieces.  Throw in pot.  Serve immediately.
