Teriyaki Chicken

 

 

2 lbs. boneless chicken breast

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup pineapple juice

2 tsp. cornstarch

2 tsp minced garlic

 

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients except chicken in a small oven dish.  Add chicken.  Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turn chicken over once during that time.  Check chicken after 30 minutes for wellness.
