Cheese Stuffed Manicotti

 

2 lbs. ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella, grated

½ cup parmesan, grated

¼ cup asiago, grated

1 egg beated

12 to 14 manicotti shells

1 to 2 jars prego sauce any flavor

 

Combine all ingredients except for shells and prego sauce.  Stuff uncooked manicotti shells with cheese mixture.  Can bake all, or and freeze for later meals.  Cover bottom of baking pan with some prego sauce.  Arrange stuffed shells on top.  Cover shells completely with remaining sauce.  Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
