Pot Roast in Foil

2 to 3 lbs. chuck roast (boneless)

4 carrots, cut up

1 onion, quartered

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

2 cans cream of mushroom

2 potatoes, quartered

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Place aluminum foil in pan.  Arrange roast in center of pan and add remaining ingredients on top of meat and put soup in last.  Cover with aluminum.  Bake for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
