Baked Chicken Parmesan

 

½ cup Italian bread crumbs

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast, thawed

1 lrg egg, beaten & mixed with 2 Tbsp  water

2 cups tomato sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, set aside.  Dip each chicken breast into egg mixture, then press both sides into bread crumb mixture and place into an oven-safe baking dish.  Evenly distribute tomato sauce and mozzarella over the top.  Sprinkle top with Italian seasoning.
