Swiss Cheese Chicken

 

 

3 lbs boneless chicken breast

1 lb swiss cheese, grated

1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

½ cup white wine

2 cup seasoned stuffing mix

¼ cup melted butter

Pepper

 

 

Grease or spray a large baking dish.  Place chicken in the dish and cover with cheese and pepper.  Mix the wine and soup, pour over chicken.  Top with stuffing mix and drizzle with melted butter.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
