Wedge Salad

 

1 head iceberg lettuce, quartered

2-3 roma tomatoes, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

½ crumbled blue cheese

1 cup bacon, cooked, crispy, and crumbled

 

Place a wedge of lettuce on its side on each plate.  Pour blue cheese dressing on the lettuce.  Sprinkle with tomatoes, green onion, crumbled blue cheese, and crumbled bacon.  Serve cold.
