Potato Salad

 

 

4 lbs. potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch squares

1 cup mayonnaise

1-2 Tbsp. mustard

½ relish

¼ cup diced onion

½ cup celery, finely chopped

6 lrg. Hard boiled eggs, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

garlic powder and onion powder to taste

 

 

Boil potatoes until tender.  Drain and let cool. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.  Chill before serving.  Makes about 10 cups.
