Michael’s Artichoke Chicken Pasta Salad

 

1 pkg. angel hair pasta, drained

1-2 lrg. can artichoke

3 breast of chicken, cooked and chopped

2 Tbsp. marinated sun dried tomatoes

1-2 basket of fresh white mushrooms, sliced

2 Tbsp. capers

2/3 cup red onion, chopped

2-3 Tbsp. minced onion

garlic olive oil to taste

 

Boil pasta.  In extra large bowl, mix all other ingredients, except olive oil.  Toss in pasta.  Mix well.  Drizzle with olive oil.  Can add more or less of any ingredient.  Serve hot with garlic bread.
