Beef Stew

2 lbs. stewing beef

1 pkg. onion soup mix

1 can mushroom soup, dilute with 1 can of water

Place beef in deep oven dish.  Cover and cook for 2 ½ hours at 325 degree.  Uncover and add onion soup mix, mushroom soup and water.  Cover and cook for another ½ minutes.
