Avocado Soup

2 lrg avocados

1 1/4 cup sour cream

4 cups chicken stock

cilantro

Cut the avocados in half and scoop out into a bowl.  Add half the sour cream and beat until smooth.  Heat the chicken stock in a pan.  When it is hot, but still below simmering point stir in the remaining sour cream. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.  Gradually stir the avocado mixture into the hot stock.  Heat gently but do not let the mixture get to boiling.  Laddle into soup bowls and garnish with cilantro.
