Thai Chicken Wrap
1 ½ cup cooked chicken breast
1 cup Thai peanut sauce
2 tortillas (12 “ ea.)
4 -6 romaine lettuce leaves
¾ cup grated carrots
fried chow mein noodles
In pan, heat chicken and ½ cup Thai peanut sauce. Warm tortillas lightly on both sides. Remove chicken from heat and place sliced chicken on the tortillas. Top with lettuce, carrots, remaining peanut sauce and sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Wrap-up and serve. Makes 2 servings.
