Jalapeno Roll-Ups

12 oz cream cheese, softened

4 oz sour cream

1 Tbsp. hot picante sauce

½ cup onion, finely chopped

1 to 2 Tbsp. jalapenos, sliced

½ tsp. garlic powder

1 to 2 dozen flour tortillas

salsa or hot picante sauce, for dipping

Mix all ingredients, except for tortillas, together in a bowl until smooth.  Spread mixture onto flour tortillas and roll-up.  Chill for one hour.  Slice and place on serving dish with salsa or picante sauce.
