Salami Roll-Ups

 

4 lrg. flour tortillas

1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)

6 oz. Italian dry salami, sliced

½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded

red onion, sliced and quartered

 

Spread tortillas with cream cheese.  Arrange salami slices a half inch apart on top of cream cheese.  Press into cream cheese.  Cover with 1 layer lettuce and sprinkle with red onions.  Roll tightly into a log.  Wrap with plastic wrap.  Chill several hours or overnight.  Slice into 1 inch sections.
