Spinach Roll-Up

 

2 boxes chopped spinach (thawed and squeeze out water)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream (8 oz)

½ jar bacon bits

1 pkg. Hidden Valley dry dressing

6 stalks green onion, chopped

¼ cup chopped water chestnuts

Flour tortillas (can use flavored tortillas)

 

Mix all ingredients together and spread onto flour tortillas.  Roll tortilla, place in covered pan, chill overnight.  Slice into 1 inch portions and serve.
