Garlic Broccoli

 

1 cup water

1 lb broccoli, cut and separated
5 garlic cloves, sliced
1Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

 

Bring water to a boil.  Toss in broccoli. Boil for 3 - 5 minutes.  In a small pan, saute garlic in olive oil until tender.  Drain broccoli and add to the sauted garlic.  Let broccoli and garlic stand in sauté pan for 2 minutes to marry and transfer to serving dish.  Serve hot.
