Blue Cheese Cole Slaw

 

1 ½ pkg (24oz) shredded coleslaw mix

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup plain yogurt

½ cup crumbled blue cheese

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp sugar

 

Place 1 package of the close slaw mix in a large bowl and toss to separate.  In a medium bowl mix together all other ingredients.  Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the coleslaw.  Add ass much of the remaining coleslaw to your bowl as you desire.  Toss to coat coleslaw completely.  Refrigerate 2 hours and toss to moisten coleslaw before serving.
