Raspberry Bread

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/3 cup vanilla yogurt

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup raspberries

1/2 cup chopped nuts

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a large bowl combine butter, sugar, eggs, and yogurt. Stir until even and add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.  Mix until combined and moistened.  Gently fold in raspberries and nuts.  Spoon into greased 8x4 loaf pans.  Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and toothpick test is clean.
