Pineapple Marinade

 

1 cup pineapple juice

¾ cup dark brown sugar

1 Tbsp. white vinegar

1 Tbsp. yellow mustard

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. dry mustard powder

1 tsp. salt

 

Combine all ingredients in bowl and blend well.  Use immediately or store in refrigerator for up to one month.  Bring to room temperature before using.
