Island Mango Jello

 

3 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin

1 cup cold water

1 box orange jello (3 oz)

2 cups boiling water

¾ cup mango concentrate, thawed (6 oz)

1 cup sugar

 

Sprinkle Knox gelatin over cold water to soften.  Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.  Add mango, sugar and Knox gelatin. Stir to combine then pour in 8 inch square pan.  Chill until firm, cut into small bite-size pieces.
