Pineapple Sorbet

 

2 lrg. cans pineapple chunks, drained

¾ to 1 cup sugar

2 ½ Tbsp. lemon juice

 

Put all ingredients into a blender.  Cover and blend until smooth.  Pour into a shallow pan, freeze.  Return to blender, blend until smooth.  Pour into pan to freeze again.  Can store in large covered tupperware.
