Mango Coconut Pops

 

1 ½ cups soft ripe mango puree

1 can (14oz) coconut milk, reduced fat is fine

½ cup light corn syrup

¼ cup lime juice

 

Mix all together and pour into 16 frozen juice bar molds, about 1/3 cup each.  Push sticks and lids in place.  Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or up to 2 weeks.
