Pineapple Coconut Sherbet

 

2 cans unsweetened crushed pineapple in juice, drained

2 cups vanilla yogurt

½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 Tbsp. honey

 

Combine all stir well.  Pour into shallow pan and freeze, until partially set.  Transfer to bowl and beat for 4 minutes.  Pour into a container with cover and freeze until solid.  Soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
