Mandarin Orange Cream Pops

 

11 oz can of mandarin orange sections, drained

2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

1 tsp orange zest, finely grated

 

Place mandarin slices into blender and puree.  Add vanilla ice cream and orange zest and pulse until well blended.  Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds or 3 oz. paper cups.  Cover and free until firm.
