Cranberry Crunch

 

3 cups apples, chopped and peeled

1 ½ tsp. lemon juice

1 1/3 cup quick oats

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 cup fresh cranberries

1 ½ cup white sugar

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 stick margarine

 

Oil a 2 quart casserole dish and place apples and cranberries in dish.  Sprinkle with lemon juice.  Cover with white sugar.  In medium bowl, blend to moisten oats, walnuts, brown sugar, and melted margarine.  Pour on top of fruit and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.
